After a CT scan has been processed the project is loaded into the module Implant-Assistant. This module is specially designed for planning of dental implant surgeries and makes it easy to solve a set of complex problems. The program allows the doctor to:

  • diagnose a clinical situation with high accuracy
  • create a surgical treatment plan
  • predict the results of treatment
  • import of DICOM files

Main tasks of Implant-Assistant

1. In the program, you can select an implant system (implant and abutment) from the implant database. If necessary, you can enter other necessary implant systems in the database. You can find more details here. 2. In addition, Implant-Assistant Planner allows you to carry out a set of manipulations:

  • receive any section of the jaws
  • make measurements with an accuracy of 0.01 mm
  • determine the numerical composition and density of the bone tissue
  • trace the mandibular and incisive nerves
  • see the internal anatomy of the sinuses and teeth (the presence of additional pulp canals, anastomoses, narrowings, etc)

3. A virtual surgery can be performed on a precise 3D model of the jaw:

  • best positioning of an implant in the bone tissue
  • select the desired drill and plan the drilling depth
  • check the relationship of the implants with the topography of the bone tissue, the natural teeth, the future dental prosthetics, the opposing teeth, and the neurovascular bundle.

After the surgery plan has been carefully designed and approved, the project is sent to the Implant-Guide module. In the module, the surgery plan is used to create a 3D model of the surgical guide (Implant-Guide). Then, the real guide that the doctor will use during surgery will be created.
